ABOUT

This is a home-based emergency stay for women and children who need somewhere safe right now. You’ll have your own private bedroom with a full-size bed and a trundle (twin-size bed), plus your own private bathroom and shower right next to your room. There’s also a mini fridge inside the room stocked with quick meals. Children/teens are always welcome — this space is built with moms in mind. Mentally take what you need from this space and focus on you.

Everything is 100% free.

No judgment.

Just safety and space to breathe.

As a former DV survivor, I understand. I created this so women have somewhere to land for 24 hours while figuring out their next move.

For everyone’s safety:

If anyone threatens the safety of my home by not following the rules your stay will end immediately and I will call law enforcement if necessary - no matter the situation. Please see the safety protocols and house rules below:

A valid, government-issued, ID must be presented.

No men, partners, or visitors are allowed on the property due to the nature of the stay - unless they are coming to pick you up.

No matter the circumstance you are leaving - no weapons of any kind, drugs, or alcohol are allowed.

• If you are bringing kids, do not leave them unattended - that being said, you must 18 years of age or older.

• Cameras are in common areas/outdoors (never in your private bedroom or bathroom).

• There is no room for storing furniture, household items, or large belongings — please only bring what you need for your stay.

• No pets, please.

• Disrespect, aggression, or unsafe behavior will end the stay immediately — this is a healing space.

• Quiet hours after 8pm which includes exiting/entering home. If you leave after that time you will be out the rest of the night. I can arrange for you to get anything you may have left behind, at both of our convenience.

• Please keep your room and bathroom reasonably tidy out of respect for the next woman who may need this space.

• Theft is not tolerated, while I understand you are going through a lot, this is still my home and I still want to help other women and their families; therefore, a police report will be filed if I find anything missing - valuable or invaluable.

This stay is strictly 24 hours so I can continue helping other families and caring for my own.

Please have your follow-up arrangements ready after your stay. This and agreement to the rules above will be confirmed prior to confirming your stay.

After I confirm your stay, I’ll message you privately with the address and check-in instructions.

Just look over the guidelines so everything goes smooth.

You’re safe here. Rest. Regroup. Then move forward.

This is your reset.
