ABOUT

What Is "A Girl's Rest Stop"?

A Girl's Rest Stop is a short-term, home-based support initiative for women and their children who need a safe place to rest during a moment of transition. You’ll be provided a private bedroom with a full-size bed and a trundle (twin-size bed). A bathroom and shower are located next to the room and stocked with essential hygiene items.

For mothers with young children, this space includes a portable pack-and-play and a bassinet. There is also a mini-refrigerator inside the room stocked with quick meals, kid and baby-friendly options, and Similac's "Ready-to-Feed" formula.

This space was intentionally created with women and children in mind and offers up to 24 hours to rest, regroup, and focus on your next steps.

Everything is 100% free.

No judgment.

Just a space to breathe.
